How do I return or exchange items?
Returns and exchanges are valid within 30 days from ship date. Please visit our returns & exchanges page for additional instructions. We will help guide you throughout the process.
PS. Gift cards and items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
When do I get an order confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation once your purchase is processed at checkout. If you haven't received an email, we recommend checking your spam/junk mail, or reach out to us.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days Monday-Friday, and have an estimated shipping time between 3-6 business days.
Kindly note that processing times may vary during holidays or major sales.
Why hasn't my order arrived?
If your tracking says your item has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We also recommend checking in with your local post office.
How long will my jewelry last?
If properly taken care of, following our jewelry care guide, gold-plated and gold-filled jewelry should last up to 2 years before it starts to tarnish and wear down. This period may vary.
