Returns & Exchanges
Free 30-day returns & exchanges
Should you need to make a return or exchange, we offer returns for store credit, and exchanges from the United States on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oceannica.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original item is shown to be in transit by the carrier.
Damaged items
If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately at hello@oceannica.com. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. We will notify you once we've inspected your request, and determined if the items are eligible for an exchange and provide you with any options available.

Non-refundable items
Sale items are final, and cannot be exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Oceánnica reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
